What the contact form collects

When you submit the form, the following is stored:

• Your name and email address — required, so a reply can reach you.
• Your phone/WhatsApp number and your website — optional, only if you enter them.
• What you need, your budget band, and your message.
• Which page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This is how enquiries are attributed to a channel, which is why the form does not ask “how did you hear about us?”
• Your browser's user agent, and your country as reported by the hosting provider.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. The IP itself is never stored — the hash exists only to identify abuse and cannot be reversed back into an address.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and to quote for the work you asked about. For visitors in the UK and EU, the lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and for analytics cookies it is your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time.

Your details are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never added to a marketing list. There is no follow-up sequence and no sales drip.

Who else processes it

• MongoDB Atlas (United States) — stores the enquiry.
• Vercel (United States) — hosts the site and processes the request.
• Resend (United States) — delivers the notification and your confirmation email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies the form is not being submitted by a bot.
• Google Analytics — page analytics, and only if you accept analytics cookies.

Because these providers operate in the United States, submitting the form transfers your details outside the UK/EEA. Each provider offers standard contractual clauses for that transfer.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own and works fully without them. Google Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token while it verifies the form — that is strictly necessary for the form to work and cannot be declined separately.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your last contact, then deleted. Backups are overwritten daily.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Email hello@mtmsoftsolutions.com and ask. You will get a copy of everything held about you, or confirmation of deletion, within 30 days. No account, no form, no justification needed.
